Production Timeline

All orders require 15 to 20 working days for production after order confirmation and receipt of the 45% commission deposit. Production begins only after your deposit is confirmed. Delivery time is in addition to the production timeline and varies by location.

Remaining Balance Before Delivery

The remaining 55% balance must be paid in full before your order is dispatched. Your piece will not be shipped until the full balance is cleared and confirmed.

Delivery

Your order will be shipped to the delivery address provided at the time of ordering. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete before confirming your order. VÈLOR is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address information.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and order size. Your shipping cost will be confirmed at the time of order before any payment is processed.
