How Commissioning Works

When you place an order with VÈLOR you are commissioning a piece made specifically to your requirements. Every piece begins from scratch materials are sourced, production is scheduled, and your piece is built exclusively for you.

Commission Deposit

All orders require a 45% commission deposit before order placement and production can begin. This deposit covers the cost of materials and commencement of your piece. Production will not begin until this deposit is received and confirmed.

Remaining Balance

The remaining 55% balance must be paid in full before your order is delivered or dispatched. Your piece will not leave our manufacturing partner until full payment is cleared.

2. 55% remaining balance — due before delivery

Order Details

Because every piece is made from scratch to your exact specifications, it is essential that all details including colour preferences, fabric choices, dimensions, and any customisation requirements are provided accurately and completely before your order is confirmed. Once production begins no changes can be accommodated.

Cancellation

Orders cancelled within 24 hours of placement are eligible for a full refund of the deposit. Orders cancelled after 24 hours or after production has begun are not eligible for a refund of the commission deposit under any circumstances.
